How to make sushi rice without using vinegar...

Ingredients: Rice
Equipment: Rice cooker

1) Pick the best Thai jasmine rice, short grained
2) Wash two cups of rice and place in a rice cooker
3) For every one cup of rice, pour one-and-a-quarter cups of water
4) Forget about the mixture for three days
5) Finally realize it and cook it
6) Voila! After 20 minutes, an authentic sour-ish aroma of the best sushi rice fills the room.
7) Serve at company holiday potluck party :P
